Mindfulness & Self-Compassion in PeriMenopause and Menopause
The practice of self-compassion can positively influence the emotional and physical changes that may accompany perimenopause and menopause. Rooted in mindfulness, kindness, and humanity, self-compassion has been demonstrated to support overall well-being and resilience. Please join us in a workshop led by Erin Mitchell, Licensed Professional Counselor, PhD, MCoun, MPH and Certified Yoga Instructor. We will explore self-compassion through experiential practices using breath, body, mind, and community.

This month’s meet-up offers a fun, interactive night of education designed for you and your partner. This event will open channels of communication and connection while providing practical insights on a number of perimenopause and menopause topics.
